These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the NL CNC platform, operated by AJ4 Soluções, registered under CNPJ No. 29.800.625/0001-10, located at Av. Dr. Mario Banahra, No. 321, CEP 12042-420, Taubaté/SP, Brazil.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, contracting a plan, purchasing credits, or downloading files generated by the system, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
NL CNC is a digital platform that allows the automated generation of technical files, including DXF format files, for CNC cutting projects, woodworking, furniture, technical parts, and similar applications.
Files are generated based on measurements, parameters, and information entered by the user.
The user is solely responsible for verifying all measurements, proportions, scale, material thickness, joints, bit, machine, CAM software, cutting configuration, and other technical parameters before using any file generated by the platform.
NL CNC does not guarantee that the generated file will be compatible with every CNC machine, software, material, bit, post-processor, or production process.
Before executing any cut, the user must review the file and perform technical tests when necessary.
NL CNC shall not be liable for:
The platform is a technical support tool. It does not replace professional project review by the user.
To use certain platform features, the user may need to create an account.
The user agrees to provide truthful information, keep their data updated, and protect their login, password, and account.
NL CNC may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
The platform operates through credits, paid plans, subscriptions, or single purchases. Current rules are:
Credits have validity and expire according to the contracted plan's rules.
Monthly and business credits are not necessarily cumulative, unless the platform expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase.
Each feature, generation, or download may consume a specific amount of credits, as informed on the platform itself.
Downloading files may consume credits from the user's account.
After consuming credits and generating the file, the user must verify the content before using it in production.
The DXF file generated by the platform is delivered according to the parameters informed by the user.
NL CNC is not responsible for misuse, subsequent file modification, import failures in other software, or improper execution on CNC machines.
The user may use the files generated by the platform exclusively for their own manufacturing, execution of their own projects, or production of parts for their end customers.
It is permitted to sell, deliver, or commercialize the physical product manufactured from the files generated by the platform.
It is prohibited to sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, share, publish, donate, or make available the digital files generated by NL CNC, including DXF, SVG, PDF files, or any other format exported by the platform.
It is also prohibited to make digital files available on marketplaces, groups, websites, social networks, digital packages, file libraries, model banks, or any distribution channel, free or paid.
The usage authorization granted to the user is limited to the productive use of the file, not including the right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the digital file itself.
Violation of this clause may result in account suspension or termination, loss of credits, blocking of platform access, and adoption of appropriate legal measures to protect NL CNC's rights.
The subscription grants the right to use the platform according to the contracted plan.
Canceling the subscription prevents future charges.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of contracting, the user may maintain access to plan benefits until the end of the already paid period.
Unused credits may expire at the end of the contracted cycle or according to the plan's commercial rules.
Payments are processed by external payment providers, such as Stripe or another integrated gateway.
NL CNC does not store complete credit card data.
The user is responsible for providing valid, truthful, and authorized payment data.
Payment failures, chargebacks, or fraud suspicions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Refund rules may be detailed in the platform's own policy. As a general rule:

When applicable under Brazilian law, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal period for purchases made outside a commercial establishment.
This right may be limited when the digital service has already been used, credits have been consumed, or files have been downloaded, always respecting applicable legislation.

The NL CNC platform, including code, brand, interface, layout, texts, images, calculation logic, algorithms, structure, database, and features, belongs to AJ4 Soluções or its licensors.
Using the platform does not transfer to the user any rights over the software, brand, database, technology, or intellectual property of NL CNC.
Files generated by the user may be used by the user themselves, subject to the limitations of these Terms.
The processing of personal data follows the platform's Privacy Policy.
NL CNC may process personal data for:

NL CNC may undergo maintenance, updates, fixes, instabilities, or temporary interruptions.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, software, CNC machines, or third-party systems.
NL CNC may change, remove, update, or replace features, models, screens, plans, prices, credits, and commercial rules.
Relevant changes may be communicated to the user through the platform itself, email, or another available channel.

The platform may define hours, deadlines, and support limits according to its operational capacity.
Support does not include CNC machine configuration, CAM software, post-processor, cutting strategy, bit selection, material, or technical manufacturing parameters.

NL CNC may maintain certain records for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, audit, fraud prevention, legal defense, payment control, chargebacks, and contractual compliance.
NL CNC may change these Terms of Use at any time to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or operational changes.
When there is a relevant change, the platform may request new user acceptance.
Continued use of the platform after the Terms are changed may be considered as agreement with the new version.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The jurisdiction of the Taubaté/SP court is elected, unless applicable legislation mandates a different mandatory jurisdiction.
